thats colin mkrs2 on ebay, the fella who sells regularly. His models are done by using transfers not signwriting with brushes. The base colours are painted though.

Those models look good from here but i bet up close they dont have the same effect as you get with a brush.

Personally i think they are pretty piss poor and I`ve had several people slate them once they've recieved them I know 282 Uglee went mental when he found out they were just transfers, as he said all he's done is taken a pic of my car and used the signwriting to make a sticker, where as painted is where the skill is, and why people pay the money, as they can see the effort that goes into it. Half of these here aren't even stripped out inside and he's only done a couple of the jags with b pillars. If its a personal collection its all fair enough to do that, but when selling on ebay, surely you should explain they're only half baked efforts!

I do agree, they look like they've been "mass produced" as such.

the hiabs come like that! All you have to do is move the hiab from the rear to the front! to make it even easier they unscrew! Would've been good if he'd converted the hiabs onto Cargos and painted the cabs etc

I have exchanged a few posted replies with him on Ovalchat. I think he feels quite strongly that his decals are as good as hand painted.........not so sure myself, as I think the skill is in the sign writing, but each to their own.

I can see it would take him a long while to make the transfers, but once done he could easily make 100 copies of the same model.

they look cool for your OWN collection if he done one as lets say kingy and wes done one id have the one of wes because more time and effort and skill has been put into the model.
